Wellness M.D. provides a variety of medical and cosmetic procedures to help patients look and feel their absolute best. Our team strives for efficient and caring medical practice with a singular goal: ensuring we maintain the wellbeing and health of our patients.

Dr. Miren De Urresti
Dr. Miren De Urresti graduated from The Central University of Venezuela in 1987 before completing a Family Medicine Residency Program at Jackson Memorial hospital in 1996. By 1997, she additionally completed one year of Geriatric Fellowship at the Miami VA Hospital.
In 1997 she began her career as a family physician at the Miami Beach Community Health Center. Throughout the next 11 years, she worked in the fields of prenatal care, gynecology, in addition to family medicine. Her time in family care included dedicating her time to pediatrics, geriatrics, as well as overseeing HIV patients.
It was in 2008 that Dr. Miren decided to search for new horizons due to a lengthy commute, and accepted a position as a Medical/Health Director at The Miccosukee Tribe of Florida. For over five years she supervised the medical care of the entire community.
In 2013, Dr. Miren De Urresti worked for Baptist Hospital of Miami working at different urgent care facilities. By the year 2015, she began thinking about opening her own practice. She wanted to dedicate her skills and experience to offer more patient-friendly healthcare services.
Dr. Miren De Urresti wields over 30 years of experience in family medicine, women’s care including adolescents, gynecological care of women in reproductive age and elder, pediatrics, adults care, and geriatric population care. She additionally has extensive experience in office procedure, as well as emergency medicine.
Dr. Miren is a board-certified family physician accredited by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is an active member of the Baptist Hospital of Miami Health system, in addition to the South Miami Hospital.
Anisleydi Padron
Anisleydi Padron is a licensed nurse practitioner board certified by the American Academy of Procedural Medicine (AAOPM) in Aesthetics and Anti-Aging. She began her career with one of the largest hospital systems in South Florida and has spent over a decade providing high-quality care to her patients. Throughout her career as a health care provider and experience working in plastic surgery, Ms. Padron developed a strong affinity for regenerative and aesthetic medicines due as much to the physical enhancements they provide as the improvements patients often enjoy to their self-esteem, confidence, and mental well-being. She focuses her practice of medicine in this arena to help patients by preserving and reinvigorating their youthful features, as well as extending the duration of a younger and vibrant appearance. To that end she is well versed in performing thread lifts, administering dermal fillers, botox, and platelet-rich plasma – all of which provide sustainable yet minimally invasive cosmetic benefits.
